We bring architects, building specialists and designers together under one roof to design and build homes in Charlotte.
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Since we launched in 2004, we’ve helped Charlotte’s neighborhoods grow and improve through our building projects. Our work ranges from modern homes in South Park to Craftsman bungalows in Dilworth.
Our custom homes have received awards for quality, innovation and design. They’ve also been included on the Dilworth Home Tour in multiple years.
We understand that being unable to fully see the finished home can make building feel like a leap of faith. Our virtual tour technology creates comprehensive, immersive 3D plans that let you digitally explore every room.

I worked with Ram on a custom build in Dilworth that finished in January 2022.
The experience with the Ram team was professional, well organized and thoughtful. From the time the initial plans were reviewed to move in, the team listened and accommodated every request, change and outlandish idea presented.
The build included a custom temperature controlled wine cellar, in-house smoking room and humidor and many other unique elements.
The Ram team is highly skilled and collaborative from the principles to the designers and project leads. Working with Frank, Keith, Rachel, Lindsey and Todd was an absolute pleasure and a positive experience.
I continue to have a collaborative relationship with the Ram team even 4 years later. I would gladly open up my home to anyone considering Ram as their builder and share my experience.

RAM built our house and we are pleased, thus far. Frank the architect, Keith the money guy, Rachel the decorator, Lyndsey the project manager and Bryan the field supervisor all did a great job. They seem like they actually care how the customer feels and work to make him or her happy and satisfied. I'd recommend them.

Ram just completed a tear down and new build for us, and we could not be happier. From sales and design, with Keith and Frank, Rachel and Lindsey, through construction with Bryan and his team, they were communicative and great to work with the entire way.
There are issues that come up with any build of this size, the key is how those issues are handled, and the Ram team could not have been more professional. Our new home is absolutely beautiful!
Highly recommend the Ram team!
